Yes, those are sequins lol. The stars are sparkly which doesn't show at all on the camera either. This is also severely cropped so that only the picture would show and not the stuff around it lol. Materials: 8.5 X 11 Bristol, Copic Multiliners, Prismacolor Pencils, Marker, Acrylic paint, Sequins |

the funny thing is i never watched sailor moon but my japanese friend loved it and i'd be like OOOOO pretty over all her sailor moon toys LMAO. ...man the memories when I was in 2nd grade XD
